ECM assists organizations with all of their needs in the set-up and deployment of their online gaming operation. In our partnership role ECM determines the specific needs of our clients and works with them to deliver the unique attributes required to meet and exceed the needs of their operations and market. ECM performs a number of specific tasks along the way from the conceptualization to launch of the gaming operation.
The initial set up of the gaming operation includes assisting our clients in acquiring an online gaming license from a Tier one gaming jurisdiction. ECM also provides a sub-license of Chartwell's gaming system.
ECM provides the necessary hardware, third party software, and bandwidth capacity, for the operation of Chartwell's gaming system. All of these technical features are maintained, monitored, and supported by ECM for our clients. ECM also communicates with Chartwell on behalf of our clients for issues related to the gaming systems and administrative tools.
ECM managed services includes day-to-day operational activities, end user support, and payment processing. ECM managed services are provided on a 24/7 basis. ECM's operational activities include other important value added services such as fraud and collusion detection.
In addition to its managed service offerings, ECM also provides operational management for Chartwell's community based gaming products Poker Nexus and Bingo Nexus. This includes management of the community itself (i.e. promotions) and the interaction between licensees (i.e. payment settlements) and the customers (i.e. chat management and game play support) as required.
