  1. Do we need to obtain a gaming license?
    No, our clients are able to operate under ECM's gaming license issued for the operation of Online Games in the international markets from Curacao, Netherlands Antilles.


  2. Will ECM use my customer data for any marketing or other purpose?
    No, Customer, Financial, and Gaming data are proprietary information of our clients and is protected as such within the contractual agreement.


  3. Will I be able to see my data and reports?
    Yes, Reports are separated into Marketing (Player reports), Gaming, Accounting, and Bonus and are accessible to clients in a read-only format.


  4. Will I need to buy hardware?
    No, hardware for the operations of the gaming system is acquired by and leased from ECM to our clients for the duration of the contract. ECM will configure, operate and maintain the hardware.


  5. What is ECM's experience in running casinos and community based games such as poker and bingo.
    ECM has management and staff with vast experience in the remote and land based gaming industry. Our key personnel have been involved in successfully running online casinos, bingo communities and poker rooms.


  6. How Does ECM deal with Fraud and Collusion matters?
    ECM staff is trained in fraud procedures and will be able to identify irregular player activity and quickly resolve payment processing issues. Extensive experience in payment processing and poker collusion has given ECM the ability to develop and implement procedures to detect, prevent and stop fraudulent behaviour.


  7. Can ECM help with retention and loyalty matters?
    Yes, ECM can advise our licensees on these and other issues and manage programs for membership retention that meet the goals and initiatives of our licensees. ECM utilizes e-mail marketing, affiliate programs, partnership programs and other e-commerce marketing tools at our disposal.


  8. Can ECM provide language support other than English?
    Yes, although we currently provide support in English only, ECM can acquire staff that are multilingual and can provide additional language support if required.
