ECM offers three service levels to meet the varying requirements of all remote gaming operators. With Full Managed Services, such as day-to-day operations, Community Based Games Management and Hosting, ECM has a service solution to meet and exceed the needs of any gaming operator.
1. Hosting
This level of managed service is intended for clients whose primary requirements are hosting and bandwidth, and includes the following:
- Hardware provided to meet the exact specifications required for optimum performance of the Chartwell Gaming System
- Reliable bandwidth from our secure co-location facility in Curacao
- All required third party software
- Basic configuration of the gaming system including games configuration, and the setting up of a bonus system
- Assistance in all required formalities including incorporation in Curacao, bank account set up and the gaming license application
- Hardware maintenance, monitoring and back-up
- 24 hour client support
2. Full Managed Services
With this level of service ECM will also manage all set-up and day-to-day activities of the online gaming operation. Although the client still holds the gaming license, their only responsibility is customer acquisition. Along with the Hosting services mentioned above Full Managed Services provide by ECM include:

3. Community based games services
This service is available for licensees that are running Chartwell's Poker and/or Bingo software and includes the following:
- 24/7 monitoring
- Full support for Managed Services of community licensees
- Configuration and management of community promotions
- On-line poker tournament management including Single Table and Multi-Table Tournaments for poker community
- Defining tournament strategy and tournament objectives that will maximize overall revenues for ECM licensees
All ECM clients maintain ownership of their customer database and their brand name. ECM provides detailed real-time reports, including player and game statistics, on all of the activities of their gaming site.
